June 2011 ABLE Heating and Cooling has become a Master Installer for NW Ductless. This title considers us as to be the following:
"A Master Installer has proven experience with ductless systems and provides thorough customer support. These installers have successfully completed Quality Assurance Inspections, completed a high level of installation technical training, and agreed to rigorous installation best practices. A ductless system installed by a Master Installer will include attention to equipment performance, appearance and thorough customer education."
May 2011 Mitsubishi Electric recently provided us with the status as a Mitsubishi Diamond Dealer. According to the Mitsubishi Diamond Alliance website:
"Mitsubishi Diamond Dealers are independent contractors that have reached the highest level of accreditation from Mitsubishi Electric HVAC Division. They have successfully completed factory training in the areas of applications, sales and service for the Mr. Slim product. April 2011 We've changed locations! As of the 1st of this month, we are now located in Tigard at 16285 SW 85th Avenue, in Suite 105.
