"Able Heating and Cooling LLC was referred to us by a friend at work. They're just really courteous and respectful and I like that.  My partner and I are gay, but they don't do any judging. They have really good pricing and are very fair. Kelly is amazing. He explains everything to a T and takes time out to answer any questions. They converted our system from oil to gas. If you're going to shop around, I would say to find somebody who you would be comfortable with have in your home. A few people had come in prior to finding Able Heating and Cooling, but I did not like them. The people at Able Heating and Cooling are caring. "Excellent Experience A++++++.  Armando was the technician who came out to the house. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the furnace A/C. He was able to show me how to do my own quarterly maintenance.  One thing I greatly appreciated is that his last job had gone longer than expected so his company called me to let me know about the delay prior to the scheduled time. That is true customer service.  Even though he was not able to complete the full service on the furnace due to some problems I was having with my AC that needed to be resolved, he still honored the quoted price for both services despite the fact that it will require and added trip for him.  Look no further this is the company you want servicing your HVAC." -Review found on Angie's List

"We contacted 5 Heating and cooling companies for bids on replacing our home gas heater.  One did not call back for several days.  Two of the companies did not do a follow up call after the initial sales call.  Able was chosen via Angie's List and lived up to the ratings and reputation.  They were on time for all appointments.  During the installation day they were very professional, efficient and completed the work on time.  The Coleman system is very quiet and has provided improved heating coverage as promised (no drafts or cool spots in the house), the thermostat is easy to program.-Review found on Angie's List

"We discovered late on a Saturday afternoon that our furnace was blowing cold air instead of hot. air.  We called Able Heating & Cooling and they arrived about 1 hour later and stayed past 6:30 p.m.  They tested the furnace and diagnosed the problem quickly.  However, a replacement part was needed but was not obtainable at that hour, so they promised to come back the next business day to install the new part- which they did.   After the new part was installed, they gave us a free A/C check. The two people from Able were dealt with were both very pleasant to work with.  The furnace has worked well since they repaired it."- Review found on An Angie's List
